Replacement of lost order
Ordered a bag of Protein mix from the range, unfortunately the delivery was lost by the courier company. Despite numerous emails advising me that the parcel was out for delivery, nothing arrived. Fed up with chasing the courier I contacted PHD who promptly took control and sent out a replacement order which I received next day. Very happy (eventually)
