Excellent debt collection company
Surprisingly very understanding for a debt collection company.. As someone who rarely talks to a debt collection company, I was surprised how accommodating this company is... I spoke to a lovely guy called Connor. He was extremely helpful and didn't say, "No, your offer is unacceptable, we want a bigger monthly payment!" As I have experienced in the past from other companies chasing money I owe... TM Legal are a refreshing company and do not pressure you to pay more than you can afford!.. Connor , the guy I spoke to was absolutely brilliant and speaking as someone who has ignored my debt for years because of past experiences I am happy that I have sorted this one... Update.... 7/6/24 I accidentally cancelled my DD recently. I spoke to a lady but don't remember her name.. I have to say, she wasn't as good as Connor who I originally spoke to. She didn't listen and seemed in a rush to get through the call.. . I have noticed a lot of comments on here from people who spoke to Connor and only have good things to say about him! Connor was an absolute delight when I originally set up my payment plan with him... If only there were more Connors in the debt collection companies! 😁
