Es ist niemand erreichbar

Es ist niemand erreichbar – der Service ist sehr schlecht. Auf E-Mails wird erst nach sehr langer Bearbeitungszeit (Wochen-Monate) geantwortet. Ich habe noch nie einen so schlechten Service erlebt. Sobald ich endlich eine Rückmeldung erhalte, werde ich schnellstmöglich kündigen
