I had a terrible experience with…Buyer Beware: Horrible Customer Service and Return Policy
I had a terrible experience with Spyder, both with their customer service and their inflexible return policy. After spending close to $1,000 on multiple orders, I was shocked by their refusal to price match a previous order. I needed to exchange a jacket for a smaller size, but their customer service rep was unhelpful. When I requested a supervisor, she too refused to apply the original sale price as a credit, citing their rigid policy. Even as a courtesy, they wouldn't credit the difference, which is frustrating given the amount I’ve spent with them. To make matters worse, their return process is unnecessarily complicated and costly. Spyder’s policy prohibits returning items purchased separately (with different order numbers) in a single package, forcing customers to incur additional return fees. This questionable system is completely consumer-unfriendly and feels like a deliberate way to squeeze more money from customers. If Spyder had physical stores where you could try on items, many of these issues could be avoided altogether. I’m extremely disappointed and will never shop with Spyder again. Save yourself the hassle and take your business elsewhere.
