Incredibly happy with Luke and the team at Waterfords Fleet, they’ve been incredibly helpful with our purchase from start to finish. Big thanks to James for the viewing, in which he was very knowledgable about the property and the overall situation, very professional throughout being able to answer any questions we had. From there on Luke was handling our purchase and once again a huge thanks for his hard work, professionalism and honesty. He walked us through the process perfectly, giving regular updates by phone or email and always being upfront and honest about the situation. The stand out for me was that every promised callback/email was upheld. We were never having to chase up and our expectations managed perfectly. If the callback had to be the next day, the team were always open about it and we would feel safe in the knowledge that we’d get the call first thing in the morning despite how busy things are at the moment. When we come to sell, it’ll certainly be through Waterfords thanks to the great service we’ve received so far. Thanks again
