Sehr unflexibles Unternehmen!

Sehr unflexibles Unternehmen: Hintergrund war, dass ich für eine vorzeitige Vertragsverlängerung am 29.11. ein Smartphone vorbestellen wollte. Dieses Smartphone kann bis zum 21.11. (Heute: 13.11.) vorbestellt werden und in dem Fall würde ich von einem Ad-on im Wert von ca. 230 Euro profitieren. Obwohl ich seit vielen Jahren (> 10) Kunde der Telekom bin und einen hochpreisigen Tarif habe (ca. 80 Euro/Monat), war dies nicht möglich. Die Mitarbeiterin aus dem Chat hat den Chat einfach beendet und das Gespräch hierzu abgebrochen.
