No Access To My Hosting Account
I've been experiencing several support issues recently. Firstly, there's now no telephone support, as the live chat wasn't working, I needed to speak to someone, this proved to be impossible. Also, there's no access to my account therefore I couldn't raise a support ticket regarding the issue. After several days I was able to "live chat" with an AI or other unkown entity. The issue of access will only get resolved, apparently, if I indemnify them against any loss incurred through trying to fix an issue that wasn't caused by me. To make matters even worse, I'm a reseller who has been with them for over 20 years. I'm in the process of moving everything away from them altogether, as this is a stupid way of working and I'm not leaving myself open to litigation from my own clients due to Heart's inability to fix a simple issue. Check out everything they are involved with at Companies House, as you might want to avoid their other entities too. This company should be avoided at all costs now, as your business might suffer as a consequence of these restrictive practises.
