Customer Service is Excellent, here’s why…
I love the recipes and ease of cooking. I’ve got my husband now eating Curry and Thai - all of which he said he would NEVER eat. This shipment was especially impactful this week because the shipment came delivered with the frozen gel packs fully thawed and the temperature of the meats warm. I called CS and they immediately reacted with a credit to my account and a promise this would not happen again. The integrity of the meat was not something they took lightly and the response was swift and satisfactory. It gets very hot here in Texas (even this early) and they said they would insure my future shipments would be cold and safe
