Had to ring up to talk to an advisor as I forgot to book a transfer. The lady was very helpful. But I would like to know why I only get e mails to sell me stuff and surveys . E mails are not coming after booking and not sending atol certificate. I had to phone last time I went on holiday to get my code to check in for my flight. It's about time you sorted this out.
