Renault Bank nicht erreichbar ,Neue PIN wird nicht geschickt, Kein Kontozugriff möglich

Neue PIN angefordert, weder per Chat noch telefonisch erreichbar. Auf Mail keine Antwort. Warte seit 2 Wochen auf meine neue PIN. Kein Kontozugriff möglich. Würde gerne Konto kündigen, aber dieses ist nur Online möglich. Scheinbar hält die Bank Kundengeld zurück. Bank nicht zu empfehlen !!!
