Terrible logistic company
Terrible logistic company. Start to End is miserable. CSM POV is this is what we are... Terrible to start with while booking. Shipments arrives in 13 weeks when 8 weeks were quoted. End of the day - shipment arrived with broken boxes... delay cost a lot. Compensation - ZERO. As others have reviewed, shouldn't have booked this company at first... Already sent email to martyn choen and as mentioned response - "this is our service". no need to contact me if you don't have anything to compensate....
