My agent was Shirena Mah
My customer service agent, case file handler was Shirena Mah and she was excellent with how she was with me and been extremely patient, polite and super friendly. In the start as I have never sold or bought my own property snd have either privately or council rented. Due to an illness I have fibromyalgia I get this thing called brain fog which completely messes up your brain and forget everything that you have already or going to do something and you can’t remember 1 anything at all not even a tiny bit, as she was aware of the anxiety I suffered with along with the fibro as I get the symptoms of several other illnesses and so she would explain everything to me in it simplest of ways either by phone, txt or email, and if I did email Shirena she would always get back to me on the same day. In the beginning I thought it only took a couple of months for it to be done and dusted and when I asked the estate agent they never told me anything and even rang me to see if there had been any developments in the process. I was then made aware that it takes a standard of 24weeks so I could relax more then once I knew this and also the fact that they were unable to take the property from underneath me sell it themselves. When it got to near the 24weeks mark I rang up Shirena to ask if she had heard any developments etc and she was waiting for a pack which was sen to the wrong estate agent and had to get it back which took another fortnight and also another charge ontop. Shirena did amazing to find out what had happened along the way regarding the pack ass I had filled 1 in but waiting for another 1. Also i told my sister at the very beginning that we were going to need birth certificate and marriage certificates along with a recent bank statement and she still hadn’t sent it in. I don’t speak to snd I had to ring her panicking that Shirena was unable to get in touch with her due to been an alcoholic I spoke to her husband what was needed and then he told me how shirena had got in touch with her to tell her so I went abit mad at her asking why she hadn’t done any of it when I txt her at the beginning. Her husband then told me about Shirena contacting her and what was also needed. He is going to make sure they get sent in straight away and se was trying to make excuses of how she needed a signature ontop of it all so I made her aware I had to do the exact same thing and more ontop of that and I was going to the library once or twice a week printing stuff off to send in which was why I knew they needed her documents also but boot as much as I was the 1 who was dealing with it all. Shireba easily put me at ease and said well if they don’t come say writhing next couple of weeks that she could sent off for the and made aware of the charges and my sister should have done the next day requirement or even going into the actual registry office as you get them within a week. Anyway they would be ready to send out 2nd class on Monday. Regarding the below date of the experience well it started late March early April and only closed yesterday 8th November so a lot of hard work went into it.
