I posted a Google review and will do the same here. This survey started out one of the best! Till it didn't. Disqualification after another, you were lucky to break $5 in two days. I emailed support, said they checked it out, can't control screen outs, blah blah, same ole massed produced email most survey sites send you. We are all familiar with this cop out. I did the review and it was not pleasant, soon they replied with wanting the survey I'd number causing the issue. You want what???...99% of them were bad, same reply, they checked it, I wasn't qualified for it. Yetttty... majority of the time I would be screened out after I finished, this again is something we survey takers all know and experienced, should be illegal bc now they have your data free. Gotcha. Next, I emailed support, this time they played hard ball and said they reviewed my account, found it to be FRAUDULENT!!? 😳😳 and shut it down, typical email that can't quite pinpoint the exact fraud I committed. I don't care, it become a joke but I wasn't letting another site go with at least some awful reviews. Oh yeah, I emailed again wanting to dispute that officially if possible and needed the exact fraudulent information that I've been using almost 2 years. It's the least they can do. Can't wait for that email. Also, I didn't have any credits to cash out but the email started all money due me was forfeited and final. Just giving people an honest heads up because we survey takers get scammed all the time on sites and there is never an official way to dispute the issue. That needs to change UPDATE as suspected, Qume replied with the song and dance I predicted. They start off by blaming the clients, nothing they can do, reminds me again no control over screen outs but added this time to assure me my data gets deleted automatically if screened out. No no, there would not be so many of us with the same issue no matter what survey site you choose and by the way, how in hell would you know WHAT they do after admitting you literally have no knowledge or control over them. And also doesn't speak well with the people that sign up to your app? Well state that then, tell you accounts you will do nothing to protect the integrity of the people the are forced to go through you, you know who submits the complaints and what they concerned. We all fell for that when this all started, too many groups, too many know how you guys work. I'm glad I don't have to deal with the sites again, isn't the first time I've cancelled my account based on shady practices. We also know you have us because everyone knows they are your money makers, not us. Unless by chance people start cancelling accounts on your company. Not going to happen because you will find folks that will be preyed upon thinking it's a quick buck. In the beginning you had a great site, finally showed it went south. Don't think if you cancel and they really want ya, to we all know how to make a different account, and you won't know. You just catch the sloppy ones who make obvious mistakes. Rest assured I won't be one of them, you would not suspect a thing anyway but sadly you brought this on yourself and many other sites have problems with duplicate accounts , only way to fight back
