I had to post a review online before I finished my booking which CLEARLY means there are many 5 star reviews. HOWEVER, the email never arrived and the QR code for the fast track wasn't available on the my trip online site. I emailed them as I had to pay twice at the airport and they replied 2 days later (on a Sunday...?). What also appeared to happen after paying £6, is they tried to fraudulently take EUR79 from my card 2 days later!!!!!! I emailed them confirming this and still waiting to hear what their response is! Thankfully my bank caught it but clearly there is something wrong here as they get your details for 'cheap' services so they can do more with it- DO NOT USE THEM!
