Medical risks caused by incompetent and unprofessional vets

Our cat has a congenital heart defect, pulmonary hypertension, and severe FORL. During a dental checkup, one of your vets told us to feed her less dry food and more wet food. That careless advice worsened her dental condition significantly. She cannot undergo surgery, so this has become a potentially life-threatening situation. A week ago, I contacted Felmo again because her mouth was red and swollen. I clearly told the vet about her heart issues, but they looked up the side effects of Cylanic and Prednitab during the visit. That is completely unacceptable — a vet should know this before prescribing anything. A few days later, my cat developed serious breathing problems. I reported this immediately, but Felmo still told me to keep giving her the medication. Today, I went to a real veterinary cardiology clinic. The specialists were shocked and asked why no cardiologist was consulted before prescribing drugs. They told me Felmo’s medication choices were extremely risky and should be stopped immediately. Even worse, the Felmo vet didn’t know Solensia could be used for dental pain. Again — they had to Google it during the appointment. So I’m asking: Who are these people? Are they even qualified vets? You charge €150 per visit for someone who has to Google what to do? At real vet clinics, routine exams never cost more than €100, unless a specialist with advanced equipment is involved. So why are we paying premium prices for dangerously unqualified service? This is not a misunderstanding — this is dangerous negligence. We will never use Felmo again, and I don’t want anyone from your company near our cat ever again.
