Dreadful from the start AVOID
Dreadful from the start. App only which is horrible. NO customer service, cant speak to anyone human, quoted monthly amount but then told they dont do that so affects my budgeting. Put in meter reading , got amount to pay, then amount changed and too far more from DD. Cancelled DD but no other way to pay without linking bank account. They may be cheapest atm but i will leave and happily pay more for human response to problems they cause.
