Solid ride experience but driver was confused by the start code

My ride in Dallas was fine overall — on time, clean car, fair price — but the driver seemed unfamiliar with the one-time start code process and we spent about three minutes at the curb while he figured out where to enter it in his driver app. Minor inconvenience but suggests driver training could be more thorough on newer features. Once we got rolling everything was smooth and the masked number worked perfectly when he needed to call me.
