Worse cruise company ever, over charged
We returned from the a522 cruise on the 19th June. Before we went we registered our card We had £90 on board credit We booked dining before we went totalling £94.40 While on board our card got charged £71.50 which we had spent at the restaurants etc. Now we arrived home 19th June, on the 20th June we had notification we had been charged yet again £71.50 which said delayed charge from 12th June boarding day! I’ve contacted on line chat who could not help, waited on phone 1.5 hours no reply. I’ve since emailed with all receipts etc proofing over charge. Still I reply Worse cruise company I have ever been on. Would I use p&o again definitely not. Entertainment totally rubbish staff rude, well in certain places bars and costa. Only refunded having contacted my bank to get a refund No pre authorisation we were definitely charged twice on board and then when home!!
