Purchased tickets and realised they enter their contact details on the airline website which means the passengers are not able to select seats or check in online. You contact travel trolley and they basically ask for money which is almost equal to half the price of the fare. Glad this happened as next time would rather pay that little bit extra and book directly with the airline. PS. I did contact your customer service team and they refused to update the contact details. In fact they asked for money to change the details. There is something fundamentally wrong to have contact details of someone other than the paying customer. What happens when there is an emergency- may Almighty forbid. I will no longer use third party and can only thank you for this experience. Update 17/11/2024: exactly it is compulsory to provide customer details which you did not provide as a result of which we were not able to manage our booking eg select seats or even check in online. I did want to change seats in an emergency and airline were willing to do this for us due to the nature of the emergency but were not able to do because the constant details entered were traveltrolley’s (TT). This was deliberately done by TT to prevent customers to rely on them on making any changes. When we called to say that can you update the details, we were asked for money. Then the guy pretending to be helpful offered to help. At which point we also asked about the seat change - which again he asked for even more money. This is a fundamental issue and something that TT never used to do as have made several bookings with them. Better to book direct. In case of emergency then you are protected and not relying on calling TT from abroad for them to then try and make money on something that should have been done as part of the booking procedure.
