READ BEFORE YOU WASTE YOUR MONEY!
I've signed up with them for nearly a week, not a single cancellation was sent over even though I was manually able to see earlier dates becoming available on the DVLA website, in fact I missed an earlier date which I could have booked myself waiting for their horrible service. To top it all off, I contacted customer service 3 times on their different company emails requesting a refund and nobody responded whatsoever even though their T&Cs clearly state you can claim one within 30 days. I then tried to log in only to find that they have closed my account without informing me and without issuing a refund! Scammers in broad day light they are. I bet they pay people to leave all these positive reviews. Absolutely shocking company, their terms and promises mean nothing, they will take your money and ignore you completely.
