You need to improve your packaging

You need to improve your packaging. Half of the order of jelly arrived broken. One of the replacements arrived with the jar opened. All preventable if more care was taken in the shipment. I wasn’t even asked if I wanted a replacement sent, I was refunded the price of the damaged jar.
