Value for money service
We have been taking their service for more than a year now. +Ves: - Some of their team members are very good (skills, attitude) - Good value for money compared to a lot of other players in this segment - Good support team - responsive to issues and making sure that things are addressed Can improve - Quality of some QA people we hired had been disappointing (Could do with better training)
