No service and neglect of problems
The worst service we have ever experienced. Our delivery was picked up July 4th i South Germany and we were given a deliverytime between July 8.-11. Since our package doesn’t arrive as promised, we write an e-mail to Cargoboard on July 13.th and they answer that our case is a priority. After more e-mails they finally admit, that they don’t know where our package is. We started calling Cargoboard by phone and everytime they promised to call back, but they never did. Yesterday we called them 3 times and everytime they just hung up the phone. Today it has been 2 weeks since our package was picked up and we still haven’t received it. Cargoboard just sits on their hands. They are doing NOTHING to locate our package and find a Way to get it delivered to us. Stay away from Cargoboard of you don’t want your things to disappear.
