Life Saver
Katlyn was my mentor for the 12 week program of Carda Health. She was intuitive about my exercise program and motivated me to complete the program! This program increased my activity level tremendously and increased my overall health! I was able to extend my exercise program under Bryanna. She is really a great mentor and continues to increase my physical health and wellbeing! She has mentored me for the last six months and l feel so much better and have increased my activity level tremendously! I also have a Nurse Practitioner, Emily who monitors my vital signs and provides suggestions to increase my physical and overall well-being! Carda Health is a life saver and I recommend them whole heartedly!
