I was looking for gluten free options…
I was looking for gluten free options and found some, but there were additional charges that were not clearly disclosed at the time of order. Also, they took it upon themselves to add 4 more meals (for 2 people, so 8 servings) that I didn't pick and they were not gluten free. I only figured out about the additional charges when I saw it on my pending charges at the bank, and then I found the meals I didn't order when I checked on the charges and that was the last straw. I called to cancel the order and subscription entirely and they told me I needed to have canceled 5 days before delivery to get a refund (it was now 4.5 days before delivery), but I could change the menu. I was pretty mad at that point. it was an ADDITIONAL undisclosed $67 for 2 meals for 2 people. That's $16.75 per serving to have gluten free meals. So if I wanted to upgrade the 8 servings to gluten free that would've been an extra $134, in addition to the $71 for the meals. No. No. NO. I told the representitive that if they could change the menu at 4.5 days out then they could cancel and give me a refund. She argued and I told her I'd dispute it at the bank, so she told me I was canceled and I asked about the refund and she said I didn't need one because I was going to dispute the charges! Eventually she got a manager who was able to get me a refund.
