The worst service ever and absolute crooks! End of tenancy cleaning was disgusting. They upsell you to the max and enrol you into the membership to then charge you without notice. Would absolutely NOT recommend. Update: customer service team got in touch following the reply to this post and sorted things out quickly. Would probably not use for end-of-tenancy cleaning in the future but at least they are reactive and considerate.
