AVOID AT ALL COSTS
This is the most appalling service I have ever received. There is a huge catalogue of unfortunate events related to the booking I made for my boss. Firstly, he was not met from arrivals at Larnaca airport as advised and had to traipse around the airport with his luggage and two clients looking for the representative. They then had to get onto a bus to get to the site where the 'car' (otherwise known as death trap) was waiting. I booked, and paid for, a large car but was given a very small one that hardly fit my boss and his guests. The car was not in good working order (no lights) and had a bad smell coming out of the engine. The car was filthy inside and out. The rep was unable to provide my boss with an alternative car but promised to exchange it in the morning. My boss had to drive for two hours on the motorway in the evening in a car with no lights. There was no exchange in the morning so he had to drive the same car back from Paphos to Larnaca airport a few days later. The staff on the telephone are very unhelpful and rude. They just keep repeating they have "no influence" over the complaints dept. There was no explanation or apology. I sent three emails nearly 3 weeks ago, none of which have been responded to. Very bad service - save your money.
