Cynthia Jeffrey is awesome!
I meet with Cynthia Jeffrey on a biweekly basis and she’s been nothing but great. I feel like I can relate to her on a lot of my struggles which helps me feel like I’m not alone. She has given me very good advice and techniques to use while dealing with anxiety. I’m excited for my appointments which doesn’t happen often with therapy. I’ve also had to contact the help line and they’ve always been very helpful and nice. Most recently I had to cancel an appointment with a late notice due to a family member being hospitalized and the rep was very empathic. The website is sooo much easier to navigate compared to the old vendor I was using. 100% would recommend!
