Horrible customer service and experience
First and foremost horrible customer service. I have been trying to reach them over 3 months to receive compensation for delayed baggages, without any response or luck. Additionally, they have sold their "Scoot" (their low cost airline) flight on Singapore Airline prices which was disastrous! +4 hours delays, no charger or entertainment, minimal food 1 time served over an 8 hours direct flight (Singapore, Melbourne). I used to have high regards to the airlines, but no more.
