Booked a room though Super.com and then cancelled it the same day. Was informed I would receive a refund. Still no refund and they are now ignoring my emails. Confirmation No. B_18889517, Cancellation Ref 1711210193. Was informed if I get confirmation from the hotel I'd receive a refund. Super.com then states I was down as a no show when evidence was sent of the cancellation. This 3rd party website is anything but super. Avoid at all costs. All they have done is lie to me. Update: Super.com are still trying to fob me off with emails. Asking for information then more information. I send everything I have and it still isn't enough. Still more lies. Blaming their "third party" partner on the reason why they can't give me a refund. It's disgraceful the way they have treated me. Customer service is atrocious! Don't go anywhere near Super.com
