Terrible communication from the start
Terrible communication from start to finish. My order was "pending" in their system for over a week with no changes, so I called for an update. An hour after I called, suddenly a shipping label was created for my order. That was 5 days ago and it still hasn't shipped according to the post office. Ridiculous that I ordered almost two weeks ago and my item still hasn't shipped.
