Month long wait for assessment
There was an entire month between paying for the assessment and getting the RSA certificate. After paying, I worked through the audio assessment and stimulated workplace environment test quickly. All I needed to do was the final assessment, which was to receive a call from someone pretending to be an intoxicated patron, to test how you would refuse entry. But all of the call slots were booked out, for weeks. I feel this is pretty critical information you should know before you pay, so that you can go somewhere else if you cannot take a test in your desired time frame. They do not provide this information until you have paid, and by then you are invested in getting the certificate through them. If you can't find a slot, they encourage you to by the upgrade to 'priority service' - and extra $100 or more. All part of their deceptive and exploitative marketing strategy. Do not use them to get your RSA.
