I think Aldi customer service is…discriminatory against the elderly, the poor and those that want an actual human person to handle their complaints
I think Aldi customer service is disgusting, discriminatory and non existent! My elderly aunt shops here as does many of her friends. She doesn’t have a mobile phone or a computer, so how does she get assistance from you????? It’s obviously your greed not to have actual humans to talk with any problems regarding product of store issues, so you are discriminating against the elderly and the poor!!!! I am in my 60’s and I don’t want to sit and fill out questionnaires to do the job if a human to report that my product was missing a part! Then the time wasted to actually get a response and the part! I deal in human contact and cash! Not robots, cards and no personal touch!! Plus the fact it’s like pulling teeth to work out how to complain on your website! Obviously that is to make it harder to receive feedback!! Very disappointing
