I requested for my car to be collected on the Thursday, I had a call on the Friday to confirm the booking of 5pm on the Monday. Monday arrived and I get a call at 9:30 asking if the car could be collected earlier as they have other jobs The car isn’t at my address but at a mechanics I check with him if this will be okay and then agree for them to pick it up earlier. The car is then collected at 10:30 They then proceed to send 2 more pickup trucks to the vehicle through the day meaning 3 trucks altogether arrived at the property 3 from this same company! Their communication between drivers needs to be revised to ensure this doesn’t happen again and their drivers time isn’t being wasted I received numerous phone calls from the other drivers asking where the car was, that they were there to collect the vehicle and stating another company must’ve picked it up only to find out it was their company Not to mention the hassle this caused for the mechanic who kept having to explain to the drivers what had happened
