I had a very disappointing experience…

I had a very disappointing experience with TaskRabbit support. My account was permanently deactivated, and despite multiple appeals, I never received what I felt was a fair review of my case. I was given conflicting information by different support agents, and it was extremely difficult to communicate with the Policies Team. As a long-time Tasker, I expected a more transparent and consistent process. Unfortunately, I no longer have confidence in how TaskRabbit handles account reviews.
