Abysmal service, incompetent from top to bottom

Sent me to a separate depot which added an hour onto my day. Didn’t provide the correct equipment and cost the charity I work for £2,000 as we have to do the job again / pay a contractor. Tried ringing the helpline and was on hold for 40 minutes before I gave up, after speaking to a member of their team in the local branch he also confirmed he could t get through to his own company on the same phone number??? Been nearly 2 weeks and I’ve heard nothing about a refund for the kit.
