The guy who came to explain everything…
The guy who came to explain everything was very thorough and easy to understand. No pressure at all. Only thing, the contract was signed and fitting was the following day - no cooling off period. The guys who came to fit the boiler were very professional and tidy. They apologised for not sweeping up outside as it was snowing. Great service.
