Dear The Packengers Team, Despite my repeated requests not to use FedEx for my shipments, my packages continue to be sent via FedEx. The issue is that in Germany, FedEx does not deliver the packages themselves. Instead, they assign the delivery to third-party couriers, usually Hermes – which is neither reliable nor secure. My parcels are often left at random addresses or simply dropped at my doorstep without any confirmation or proof of delivery. Today, I received my package from a neighbor – it had already been opened, and one item was missing. I have no idea when or where this happened – during shipping, delivery, or afterwards. I am very disappointed. I have been a loyal customer of The Packengers for over five years, and in the past, I was always satisfied with your excellent service. Unfortunately, the quality has significantly declined recently. I have also specifically requested that my packages only be delivered with my personal signature, yet this instruction is still being ignored. I urgently ask you to update my customer profile so that no future shipments are sent via FedEx and that all deliveries require my personal signature upon receipt.
