Disappointing!
I admit it is my fault I did not read the reviews here before I subscribed 🙈 Apart from the obviously unauthentic "positive" reviews, the comments are the same what I experienced. I subscribed by an in-video recommendation in a YT video, and thought the idea was good. But it turned out to be nothing like advertised and described. So very disappointed I decided that this is not for me and I wrote that (after 10 days of making the 99 euro annual subscription) I want to cancel it and requested the refund (since I am not consuming the service and I am not satisfied as a customer). In EU you have the right to CANCEL purchase or subscribtion within 2 weeks. They wrote that I can cancel, but can NOT get a refund!!! 😅😂🤣 Instead they asked me to explain and give them advice how to improve - what an audacity!!! To ask for free customer feedback, but not refund a non consumed service which is below average. I would have given my feedback, if they had complied with my kind request for refund. So I contacted the CEO via LinkedIn - and - NO reply! Learning: next time I will READ the feedback and experience of others who wasted their money, nerves and above all TIME!
