I have had a very positive experience with Irwin Mitchell. Both Jamie and Charlotte have been very professional and supportive throughout the process. They have guided me through every stage of the claim and have kept me updated and informed. Any queries I have had have been responded to in a timely manner. Charlotte has worked on my case solely in the latter stages and has worked very hard to ensure the best outcome for me. I am very appreciative for all her advice and support.
