Dishonest Company & Poor Customer Service
Smallwood screwed up my order, refused to fix it, and then tried to gaslight me saying that it was my fault. I ordered custom wedding prints as Christmas presents for members of my family. I had to go to my local Walgreens at the last minute to get these photos created since Smallwood wouldn't bother correcting their error. I suggest anyone reading this to get your custom photos created literally anywhere else. If not, Smallwood can just screw it up and say "all sales final"
