Ordered twice
Ordered twice. First time was a 2.5 hour wait. It said high volume of deliveries so we said no problem. We aren't in a metro area so ok we get it. We decided to give it another try and it took 3 hours to get our food. The runner didn't contact us until 2 hours after we placed our order. The app is super easy to use which is nice. They need to get more runners though or just don't offer it in places like where I live. 3 hours is absolutely ridiculous.
