Follow-up..the company called me to remove the review..without resolving my issues...to complicate the matter more they hired a drive who didn't speak English and insurance was expired..so now they are saying a claim can not be filed as he was never insured...Max is obviously not capable of resolving my concerns. Is this company being run by clowns..the level of incompetence and deception is staggering? Where is the Senior Leadership and accountability as its blatant that customer satisfaction and the customer experience isn't a priority for this company. Max even had the audacity today to ask me to pay $200.00 to resolve this issue and hung up on me when I told him no. You can not make this up. Is this even a legitimate transportation company? Again stay away from this company..do not trust them with your transport needs. ‐------------------------------------------ DO NOT Use this company to transport your vehicle This vehicle transportation company is the worst. DO NOT use them. They delivered my vehicle to me at 10PM...so I had to inspect it using a flashlight. The damages that I immediately noted during off loading I showed the driver and took pictures of it. I sent the pictures of damages that I identified and the BOL (no damages noted at the time of pickup and no signature at pickup nor drop off) to the dispatcher. I called the dispatcher the next day (Max) and he said that he was working to resolve my issues. It's been 3 weeks and they are giving me the run around and all I hear is why they cant resolve my concerns cause the driver doesnt work for them. DO NOT trust this company to deliver your vehicle safely, find another provider as customer satisfaction and safe vehicle delivery is not a priority as they state on their website but taking your money is.
