Avoid at all costs!
I never had such a bad experience with an online retailer. I placed an order on the 06th of June 2025 for a Gigabyte GeForce RTX 5080 OC 16G, for 1199 euro. The amount vanished from my bank account in the blink of an eye, but after days of seeing on the site personal account that the order was 'in behandeling' (processing), without nothing to show for it, I contacted the customer care (in english) and I've been kindly replied (in dutch) that the product was a specific offer which was meant to be sent when the stock was available, usually 10-15 days. Bad start: I already didn't like the feeling I was having (no invoice whatsoever, let alone tracking of something quite hazy), and frankly someone who doesn't even care about the language in which you are writing to them gave me very bad vibes. I chose to cancel the order on the 10.06.25 following the procedure on the site: still writing to the same mail adress where they tried at first to propose me another offer as to convince me I was making a great deal. Thanks, but no thanks. I wanted a full refund and I was in all my legal rights to ask for it. The service replied to me that the payment would have been processed in 10 working days. I waited, and waited, but nothing changed on my page (the order was always on the same state, 'in behandeling'), no money was received and, even if they wrote to me that they would have let me know, I received absolutely nothing, not even a confirmation of the cancellation of the order. I send them a mail again, it is the 24.06.25. I'm clearly losing patience: it has been 18 days that I've placed an order that I cancelled after 4 days, and I had no news, no money, nor any further assistance. I consider the option of pressing charges at the police: this apparently has an effect, because all of a sudden, magically, I receive a confirmation of the cancellation of the order and of the refund. I find back some hope, but after one week still nothing: their refund confirmation message claimed that the refund would have come after 2 working days, whilst the person behind these numerous mails claimed it would have taken 2-5 working days. Only online service in my whole online shopping experience ever which takes such a ludicrous amount of time to refund a cancelled order, claiming that they pay from a second service or I don't know what other mumbo-jumbo they tried to sell me to justify their shady proceedings. In all of this, the conversation with the customer care becomes basically a mocking comedy: the person is always the same, and he replies in a way which seems so much copied and pasted that I inquire over the fact that I'm talking with a human being and not an AI. I'm offered a cinema ticket for the inconvenience (twice, with exactly the same phrase formulation). I really wonder if they even keep track of what I'm writing to them: it is extremely disturbing, considering that the person signs always with the same name, so I'm led to suppose that it is always just one person which has apparently got the memory span of a fruit fly (or, indeed, I'm conversing with an AI). Still no money. I contact them again, and the replies keep coming in the same form of loop. I'm still waiting my money. Moral of the (long) story: do not buy from this seller!Avoid it at all costs. Do not get excited about their 'competitive prices', because there is always a reason why 'it seems too good to be true': it is not true. Update 02.07.25: at last, after some thirty mails and a month of wait, they did refund me of my money. It seems there is still hope for this world... This doesn't mean that I recommend this site: I do not. I am extremely dissatisfied all the same with their service.
