Disorganised with excessive waiting times
We are here today for our son to drive 3 cars. Booked between 12 -1.30pm. He has driven one car at 12 and we are nearly 2 hours later still awaiting… we have been told that the second car is on its lunch break with 3 people In front approx 30 minutes and the third car will be at least another 1 hour 15 wait. Chaotic organisation and disappointing for the family. Update at 15.53: still here and waiting for final ride - shocking
