Pick up was a disaster!
Delivery was great. However, having the unit picked up was a nightmare. Multiple cancelations, despite us telling the contact person we had to reschedule deliveries to our house because the trucks couldn't access our driveway. We were lied to on almost every call. We asked to speak to a manager, apparently there were none available......at any time. Unfortunately, I don't think we'd ever use PODS in the future.
