I ordered a Wind Turbine over a month…
I ordered a Wind Turbine over a month ago and despite several emails over the last 2 weeks asking to update the delivery- I have heard nothing. This is extremely rude and unprofessional. You invited me to check my junk folder. Which I did and only found payment details. I was never told it would be 3 months to dispatch and I suspect it is a month in transit. Missing one email I can understand but 2. This is factually correct. I have upped to 3 star to give you the benefit of the doubt but 3 months to dispatch is a bit much. It is ironic that as soon as I put a Trustpilot review I got an instant reply! The last email I received was 27 Sept just confirming payment.
