Finally keeping 100% of my delivery fees
I've been doing gig delivery for four years and the fact that Ryde lets me keep the entire delivery fee by default is a game-changer. Did a 7-mile run from a Thai place in Midtown to a high-rise last Tuesday and pocketed the full $11.50 fee on top of my tip. The two-code handoff system — one code at pickup, one at drop-off — gives me proof of every exchange without any back-and-forth with customers. Switched over from my ride block to a delivery block mid-afternoon and the transition was seamless. Earning more this month than I ever did on the other apps.
