Since my last review, I’ve taken this to the Financial Ombudsman (ref below) and Oodle have tried to cover their tracks. Here’s the reality: So let me get this straight: You mis-sold finance for a van that was overpriced, encouraged me to underreport mileage during the application, and now you’re actively making things worse while the complaint is under investigation by the Financial Ombudsman. I’ve raised this officially. I’ve got evidence, screenshots, and a full breakdown of every misleading step you took. Yet instead of helping, you’ve charged me a payment during a communication hold, contradicted yourselves in emails, and acted like the Ombudsman expects me to just carry on paying regardless — when in fact, you chose to process a payment you knew was in dispute. And let’s not ignore the obvious: As soon as I posted my 1-star review, you suddenly got a dozen vague 5-star reviews from random names. Burying real complaints with fake praise isn’t smart — it’s desperate. This company preys on vulnerable customers, hides behind templated replies, and tries to save face on public platforms instead of doing what’s right. This review stays up until the Financial Ombudsman rules on my case. And if they uphold it, I’ll be posting every single detail publicly to make sure nobody else ends up in this position.
