Horrible Company. Zero customer service

No customer service, no response and no accountability. The staff will not do their job or respond. Staff make so many errors that you can't even get corrected. Completely incompetent employees and managers. Most of the staff do not want to deal with anything or keep their word. Very dishonest company. You can't get help when calling in, on the chat, emailing, asking for follow up to get help will get you no response. The managers do not care to do their job, so why would the employees care to do their job. No one follows up after repeated requests. People should report this to the insurance companies directly as this company should not have any contracts with any companies. They have a F rating on Better Business Bureau. They don't respond to fix the issues, they don't want to deal with anything or improve. It is not worth the stress and time dealing with Scoop. Try anyone else and you will see will see a difference in customer service. This company takes no ownership and seems to have a policy in place to not provide customer service and ignore customers. Look at all the reviews that are negative as they are honest and show clearly that Scoop ignores the issues and will not respond to fix the issues. Same issues reported over and over, poor customer service, dishonest staff, no response, errors and costs customers more because they are not an honorable company. I do not know how such a terrible company is still in business. Believe the negative reviews as they are showing to be weary and stay away from this company if you want customer service. I would give them zero stars, if I could. Our money should not go to a company that willingly shows that customer service is not important. Stay clear of this company, save your time, money and be free of the stress this company will cause. You will be grateful to not have to deal with Scoop. Listen to the warnings and F rating. I hope more people speak up about this horrible company.
